Refunds Returns & Cancelations

Faulty or Damaged Items
We try to ensure that all products leave our site in great condition. If you recieve a product and it has arrived faulty or damaged then please e-mail Kane@framemebyrod.co.uk, providing us with your name and order number, along with a description of the fault. If the fault occured in production then we will ask you to return the faulty item (NOT the rest of your order) and we will replace the item as well as reinbursing you the fee for sending it back. In the case of the damage occuring during transit to its point of delivery then we can advise you how to get in touch with the firm who delivered it and they will sort out an agreement.
Non Faulty Returns
If you wish to return a particular item that is not faulty then you may do so within the first 14 days of recieving your order. However you will have to pay any charges incurred from a courier by returning the item. We will then refund you the cost of the item but NOT the fee paid for its initial delivery.
Cancelations
In the event that you wish to cancel your order then you will need to contact us within 3 days of first submitting your order. You can either contact us by E-mail or telephone (click here to go to our "contact us" page) and provide us with you name, order number and which items you would like to cancel. After this 3 day period we cannot accept cancelations as each item is made to order.
