| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

| Delivery Schedule We tend to allow 3 days for a customer to cancel their order from the day which it was submitted before we begin to assemble it. We will normally send your order to you in 14 business days . |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

| Returns Policy Faulty or Damaged Items We try to ensure that all products leave our site in great condition. If you recieve a product and it has arrived faulty or damaged then please e-mail Kane@framemebyrod.co.uk, providing us with your name and order number, along with a description of the fault. If the fault occured in production then we will ask you to return the faulty item (NOT the rest of your order) and we will replace the item as well as reinbursing you the fee for sending it back. In the case of the damage occuring during transit to its point of delivery then we can advise you how to get in touch with the firm who delivered it and they will sort out an agreement. Returns If you wish to return a particular item that is not faulty then you may do so within the first 14 days of recieving your order. However you will have to pay any charges incurred from a courier by returning the item. We will then refund you the cost of the item but NOT the fee paid for its initial delivery. |
